About the Role: As a Transfer Agency & Register Trainee, you will support the team in executing day-to-day operational tasks and maintaining high-quality standards in investor services and register management.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transfer agency operations, investor data management, and compliance processes within our proprietary digital-native platform.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating investor registers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance and data completeness Input data in fundcraft platform, ensure data completeness and all TA data is correct in the platform.
Support the processing of investor transactions, including capital calls, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions.
Be the reviewer layer of noticies generated to investors.
Contribute to implement and operationalise the LP portal.
Perform banking transaction monitoring and ta reconciliation.
Support in the preparation of transfer agency reporting (reportings to investors).
Collaborate with other teams, such as fund accounting and client success, to resolve issues related to investor transactions.
Participate in testing and improving the platform's transfer agency functionalities.
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
An interest in learning about fund operations, investor services, and transfer agency processes Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Skills & Expected Behaviours: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and initiative, offering proactive solutions and ideas in a fast-paced environment.
