PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual content that resonates with our target audience, across all retail and marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and consumer needs.
The role involves collaboration with various teams, managing multiple design projects and applying market insights to enhance the brand's visual impact.
This position reports to the Head of Creative and can be based in Madrid, London or Milan.
RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Branding Creates visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms, including in-store signage, packaging, seasonal campaigns and loyalty communications.
Maintains and evolves brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
Retail & Consumer Designs in-store marketing materials such as signage, POP displays, window graphics and promotional materials.
Collaborates with visual merchandising to create compelling store visuals aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Understands and anticipates consumer needs and preferences, translating insights into impactful visual designs.
Conducts market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, applying these insights to the design work.
Collaboration Works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing communication, digital and loyalty, to ensure designs align with business goals.
Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes with innovative ideas that support the brand's vision.
Project Management Manages multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Coordinates with external vendors and agencies when necessary to produce high-quality printed materials.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience as a graphic designer, in a role that required creating retail and marketing materials.
Experience in designing in-store marketing materials such as signage, POP displays, window graphics and promotional materials.
Ability to understand and anticipate consumer needs, translating insights into impactful visual designs.
Proficient in conducting market research and has extensive market knowledge.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and additional vendor teams.
Experience in managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
