The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:
Building & Facilities: handling of all B&F related matters in liaison with employees, suppliers, and syndic. Quotes, internal purchase requests, and work follow up.Events & Meetings: handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal). Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxi booking for internal/guests.Admin: handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.Job Experience Required Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task.Capability to work independently and prioritise workload.#J-18808-Ljbffr
