.Lead Technical Consultant - Identity & Access Management Madrid, M, ES Your Impact As a Lead Technical Consultant in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be instrumental in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to clients by developing and implementing strategies that align with their business objectives. You will lead the technical implementation of large-scale IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your expertise will center on our cutting-edge cybersecurity IAM product portfolio, guiding clients through the complexities of identity and access management, and overseeing the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure costs and enhance system performance. Your role will involve conducting detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies. You will provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, you will also deliver customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates. What You Need to Succeed Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity consulting and system integration, with proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and software development. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data management, and experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies. Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued. Product Experience: At least 2 years of experience in large-scale implementations of Identity and Access Management solutions such as OpenText NetIQ Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity Security Platform, and others. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS)
