Position Overview As an Administrative Assistant intern at Baxter Planning, you will have an opportunity to impulse your career in an international environment. You will learn what the day-to-day is like in an IT company and make valuable contacts. The position is within the HR team, though most tasks will be related to office management, event organization and administrative support, supervised by a tutor. Job Responsibilities Filing expense reports Support in team event organization Onboarding of new employees Office management tasks Scheduling interviews Other administrative tasks (Health&safety compliance, ensuring employee benefits, etc.) Qualifications Student with access to internship scheme (convenio de practicas) Fluency in English (min.
