To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com The role: The HR Transformation team is part of the wider team of Alight digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions. HR Transformation consultants contribute to Alight's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals. As well as delivering 'fee-earning' consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organisation by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology. Our customers are increasingly looking to improve their ability to support their employees to do their best work through effective HR teams supported by digital HR technology. Alight's HR Transformation is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs. We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals. The responsibilities: Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plansAdvise customers on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation (especially Payroll Projects)Help customers to optimise their workforce and build its capabilitiesEngage customers through innovative workshops, events and communicationsTransform customer business processesAdvise customers on the use of AI, robotic process automation and chatbotsBuild customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change managementAllow customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insightBuild strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities.Support our sales teams to win new businessManage global projectsLead and develop other consultantsBecome a thought leader in your field by (for example) publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry eventsWork with customers and colleagues to discover innovative ways to solve customer problems The requirements: Alight Human Resources offers you the rare opportunity of building a career in a vibrant, agile and growing organization, yet one with truly global client relationships and a wide range of opportunities. As a business, we have a clear sense of who we are, where we're going and how we're going to get there.Required Skills for this position: Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environmentHigh Knowledge of Spanish PayrollWorking knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis and process mappingDeep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organisationsWorking knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP Successfactors, Workday, Oracle or CornerstoneExcellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Spanish and EnglishAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board levelGood knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel Desirable Skills Masters level qualification relating to Human Resources or TechnologyGood knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio or similar project management and process toolsPrevious experience of SuccessFactorsWorking knowledge of Cloud technology, especially knowledge of how Cloud HR solutions interact with the wider business and systems landscape within an organisationExperience of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools BenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it's important our benefits care for the whole person.
