En este camino de mejora y ampliación, estamos en búsqueda de un Partner Manager para nuestra sede en Madrid. Dejo abajo los detalles del puesto, y beneficios.
La misión del Partner manager es desarrollar, implantar y expandir la flota de entrega de Last Mile.
Entre las tareas especificas están: 1. Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de la red Last Mile, incluyendo la definición, expansión geográfica, insouce/outsourcing, del producto Last Mile.
2. Desarrollo continuo y expansión de los proveedores de entrega, incluyendo los proveedores de servicio, autonomos, partners regionales, etc.
3. Liderazgo, coordinación y evaluación de las funciones operativas de Last Mile, incluyendo la responsabilidad total para establecer y lograr objetivos operativos, análisis y pronósticos.
4. Establecer e implementar los procesos operativos de Last Mile, y gestionarlos para alcanzar la esperada calidad y desempeño.
5. Trabajar con el equipo de IT para re-definir el sistema/software de entrega, mejorando la visibilidad de Last Mile, y la experiencia de los mensajeros.
Requisitos: Estudios de FP superior o Grado, relacionado con logística, supply chain, administración, data science, etc.
Fuertes habilidades de análisis y capacidad para toma de decisiones.
Un liderazgo claro y muy buenas habilidades de comunicación.
Experiencia previa demostrable en una posición similar.
