Au sein de l'équipe GTA de la BU Implémentation ADP LINK, le chef de projet MEO GTA a pour mission de déployer la solution de Gestion des Temps et Activités, en assurant la cohérence avec le système d'information global, en respectant les délais, charges et le contrat, et en collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes MOE.
Les principales activités :
Organisation et pilotage de son domaine : Définir un planning détaillé intégrant des jalons à respecter, en lien avec la Direction de projet du compte
Contribuer à la mise à jour mensuelle du forecast prévisionnel (= plan de charge) en lien avec le directeur de projet et en justifiant les écarts
Identifier les facteurs de risque et alerter le directeur de projet.
Assurer le reporting sur son domaine au management
Mettre à jour et faire suivre au Directeur de projet les indicateurs d'avancement du domaine (analyse, paramétrage, tests) via les supports de pilotage
Participer au comité de suivi interne hebdomadaire
Participer aux comités hebdomadaires avec le client
Organiser les ateliers, réunions opérationnelles avec ses interlocuteurs client
Assurer la relation interne entre les différents acteurs du projet (technique, formation, paie…).
Analyser le réglementaire GTA du client : Analyser les besoins GTA du client et les formaliser dans les dossiers d'analyse qui devront faire l'objet d'une validation du client.
Identifier les points de blocage et proposer les solutions adaptées aux modèles ADP tout en fournissant le résultat attendu.
Proposer des plans d'action.
Identifier les projets connexes (PAIE, GAP, …).
Apporter conseil et expertise au client notamment sur le légal.
Valoriser toute prestation GTA non définie dans le contrat.
Communiquer avec les différents acteurs du projet afin d'assurer la conformité/cohérence du SIRH.
Paramétrer la GTA : Paramétrer, en s'assurant de la pérennité de la solution, les applications conformément à l'expression de besoins en respectant les modèles ADP et réaliser des tests unitaires.
Solliciter les équipes support en fonction des problématiques rencontrées
Prendre en charge la reprise des données GTA
Contribuer à l'organisation de la recette GTA en interne (grille de tests, suivi des demandes) mais également avec le client
Procéder à la correction du paramétrage suite aux tests.
Mettre en production : Accompagner le client dans la phase de déploiement fonctionnelle et organisationnelle de la solution.
Assurer la production de la 1ère paie avec la GTA.
Stabiliser l'application jusqu'au transfert du dossier au service client.
Assurer un suivi des anomalies et évolutions qui devront être revu lors du transfert au service client.
Transférer le dossier au service client : Assurer le transfert du compte auprès de ses interlocuteurs service client conformément au process établi
Assurer le traitement de son backlog, reste à faire et mise à jour de la documentation avant la passation définitive
Savoir : Connaître le SIRH d'ADP et ses outils
Connaitre la GTA et / ou RH
Connaitre la législation sociale, le droit du travail
Une expérience de 4 ans dans le domaine de la GTA.
