YOUAs a Category Manager, you are a developer of the strategy of the categories we play in the Food channel while identifying opportunities in the Soft Drinks categories. You are passionate about finding opportunities in the Soft Drinks categories and keen to drive Category Expansion that isn't currently active.
YOUR ROLEIn your role, you will grow the category with Category Management levers. Develop Brand Plan down to the Category and sub-channel. You will create the Perfect Store Implementation: Linear, Second Exposure, ROI visibility, Assortment, and you will be responsible for monitoring KPIs and category projects.

Build Category Management basics:Category TrendsShopper InsightsCategory Development (GPC, Formats roles, Innovation, identify consumer needs, Competition Knowledge)Planogramming GuidelinesDevelop Perfect Store Implementation to ensure Sales executionROI of PoS ImplementationsLaunches coworking with brandsOn Shelf Stocks ControlT2T presentationDeep dive Sell-Out Analysis (Nielsen) & Shopper Analysis (Kantar)Reports & PresentationsData interpretationMarket Opps (Category & subchannels level)Catman at maximum detailUS/WEAt Suntory, people are everything. REQUIREMENTSTypical Background:
More than 3 years managing Category Management PoV projectsHigh level of EnglishProject management to develop the Top Line through CategoriesHigh knowledge of Market, Customers, and POSVery high analytical level (Nielsen, Kantar, Internal and External Sales sources, Excel, PPT)Communicative and perseveringProject organisation: Planning, high working capacity, structured, analysis, synthesis and presentation to clients.NEXT STEPSYour application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
