Advising on and proposing best practice solutionsActing as an ambassador for and adhering to all company policies and proceduresPromoting and nurturing effective communication and working relationships with all People Directors, People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and People Services Subject Matter ExpertsParticipating in implementation projects and taking on ad-hoc duties as required from time to timeOther duties as required from time to timeCANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSFluency in both Spanish and English is essentialExperience in People Services or HR or Payroll / Benefits from working in Spain or a Spanish company is essentialKnowledge of Spanish labor lawRelaciones Laborales qualificationKeen interest in working in the People / HR, PayrollKnowledge of People / HR systems is an advantage (Service Now, SuccessFactors, ADP) relating to SpainDemonstrates service-oriented, responsive, and continuous improvement mindsEfficiently multi-tasks in a highly pressurized environment with great attention to detailDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSALARY & BENEFITS€35,000.
