In this fantastic opportunity you will provide full human resources support to all employees at their office in Madrid.LOCATIONMadrid, SpainLANGUAGESFluent in Spanish and English is essential.COMPANYWith offices and business operations in most countries in Europe, our client is a leading global name and brand in luxury retail and shopping services.THE JOBIn order to provide full Human Resources (HR) support to all employees in business operations in Madrid, they wish to hire a Spanish speaking Human Resources Advisor.- Providing HR administrative support in the recruitment process for the Madrid office including liaising with applicants and hiring managers, reference checking, and psychometric testing as required- Supporting payroll, benefits & pensions administration, providing Learning & Development administration, Performance management admin, Compensation and Benefits admin- Managing critical administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process- Taking full ownership and responsibility of pan-European People administrative and transactional services (including Monthly payroll input, benefits & pensions administration, involving third-party suppliers and government bodies etc.)- Preparing and issuing all relevant correspondence to employees (e.G. contracts, change of role, promotions, references, mortgage letters, employee relations matters etc.)- Managing critical administrative tasks within the end-to-end leavers process- Analyzing and managing complex employee and line manager requests. Advising on and proposing best practice solutions- Acting as an ambassador for and adhering to all company policies and procedures- Promoting and nurturing effective communication and working relationships with all People Directors, People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and People Services Subject Matter Experts- Participating in implementation projects and taking on ad-hoc duties as required from time to time- Other duties as required from time to timeCANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential- Experience in People Services or HR or Payroll / Benefits from working in Spain or a Spanish company is essential- Knowledge of Spanish labor law- Relaciones Laborales qualification- Keen interest in working in the People / HR, Payroll- Knowledge of People / HR systems is an advantage (Service Now, SuccessFactors, ADP) relating to Spain- Demonstrates service-oriented, responsive, and continuous improvement minds- Efficiently multi-tasks in a highly pressurized environment with great attention to detail- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSALARY & BENEFITS€35,000.
