Reportando al Maitre del Tendiez, será responsable de supervisar, coordinar, planificar y participar en todas las actividades referentes al Bar y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las áreas. MISIÓN DEL PUESTO: ? Junto con el Maitre, establecer un sistema para garantizar el funcionamiento fluido y eficiente de sus áreas y promover un servicio de excelencia para nuestros huéspedes. ? Estar plenamente familiarizado con las leyes de la licencia del Bar TENDIEZ y asegurarse de que todos los miembros del equipo también lo estén. Los registros deben estar disponibles en todo momento. ? Asistir a las reuniones que se requieran sobre formación en alimentos y bebidas, salud y seguridad, presupuestos y promociones. Transmitir cualquier información relevante a su equipo y asegurarse de que son plenamente conscientes de los asuntos tratados. ? Crear y mantener, junto con el Maitre, unos estándares de servicio que estén en consonancia con la estrategia y la política de la empresa, es decir, con el Manual de Operaciones Estándar (SOP). ? Apoyar al Maitre y F&B Manager creando y actualizando el menú del Bar. Este debe actualizarse cada trimestre. ? Responsable de la decoración, las instalaciones y los accesorios del Bar y de informar de cualquier daño al responsable de mantenimiento (la atención a los detalles es absolutamente necesaria) ? Apoyar al Maitre para Desarrollar, implementar y mantener el programa de revisión y desarrollo del equipo para identificar los puntos fuertes y débiles de su personal y desarrollarlos al máximo. Planificar la sucesión para que esté disponible en todo momento. ? Cooperar y coordinar con el F&B Manager, el Chef Ejecutivo y Maîtres durante las horas de servicio, para proporcionar un alto nivel de servicio para el restaurante, así como para el Bar Tendiez. Tener un espíritu de equipo con el equipo del Bar. ? Asegurar con el Bar TENDIEZ un servicio eficiente asegurando una alta reputación constante dentro de Barcelona. ? Responsable de supervisar las roturas, los daños al equipo, el despilfarro innecesario de bebidas o de recursos del departamento y de tomar las medidas disciplinarias necesarias cuando sea necesario, en todo momento acordado con el Maitre y el F&B Manager. ? Garantizar que todos los cheques de los clientes se contabilicen correctamente al final de cada período de servicio en el sistema, junto con la caja y las tareas relacionadas con esta tarea. Es totalmente responsable de las existencias, con controles de stock y actualización de precios. ? Ser preciso para maximizar las ventas en el departamento a través de la motivación del personal, la utilización eficiente de los recursos y las técnicas de venta sólidas. ? Apoyar y mantener el alto nivel de conocimientos y habilidades con los camareros y el personal de planta mediante la aplicación de formaciones específicas de bar. Organizar la formación con su equipo y los proveedores de vinos. Descubre la vida que te espera en Accor, visita # Haz lo que te gusta, preocúpate por el mundo, atrévete a desafiar el statu quo #BELIMITLESS REQUISITOS: • Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en posición similar, se valorará experiencia en hoteles de similar categoría o restaurantes gastronómicos. • Preferente Certificado o diploma de formación profesional en F&B. • Dominar el idioma español e inglés (nivel avanzado), contar con un tercer idioma, preferiblemente el francés (se valorará). • Experiencia en supervisión de personal y capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo. • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y capaz de predicar con el ejemplo • Persona organizada, que sepa gestionar los tiempos, atenta a los detalles y con tolerancia a altos ritmos de trabajo en determinados momentos. • Habilidad para mantener altos estándares de servicio mientras se trabaja bajo presión. • Excelente trato interpersonal y habilidades de comunicación. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, según se requiera. • Orientado a las ventas y orientado a los objetivos. • Capacidad para trabajar con cohesión como parte de un equipo. • Contar con la capacidad de centrar la atención en las necesidades del cliente, siempre conservando la calma y siendo cortés y respetuoso.
