Sales Manager for Real Estate (Marbella) Our client, a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury Marbella's real estate sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Manager will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Marbella's real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team, preferably in the real estate sector, and will speak English and Spanish fluently.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector3+ years of experience managing a sales teamStrong leadership and team management skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of Marbella's Real Estate market is essentialFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentMust live in the Marbella area.Responsibilities: Managing the company's sales team and providing leadership, training, and coachingDevelop the sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenueSet individual targets with the sales teamOversee and improve the existing sales processesAnalyse and interpret sales figures and propose ways to improve themProvide support and guidance to the sales team members to ensure they have all the necessary resources and toolsThe Offer: Very competitive financial package plus highly attractive commissions based on performanceExcellent work environment and opportunity to work with a well-established companyAccess to a wide range of luxury properties and projectsExcellent earning potentialIf you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English.
