Role Description
I am seeking a highly motivated Store Manager for a full-time on-site position located in Mallorca. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities include managing the store team of around 8 people, achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Store Management, including leading teams and achieving sales goals
- Excellent Communication skills to motivate teams and engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- Prior experience in retail management is highly preferred
Languages
English min., German is a plus.
