We're looking for a highly motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience and maximizing sales opportunities. This entry-level, counter sales role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about both service and sales. Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process Sales Background: Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services A sales-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role, ideally in retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Experience handling transactions and working with point-of-sale systems Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities If you're ready to combine your customer service expertise with your sales skills and help us provide the best rental experience possible.
