At Boortmalt, we are passionate about delivering high-quality malt to brewers, distillers and food producers around the world. We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Villaverde site and play a key role in delivering safe, sustainable and high-performing operations while developing engaged and capable teams.
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring we deliver operational excellence through strong leadership, continuous improvement and a people-first culture.
Drive performance across safety, quality, service, cost and sustainability objectives.
Ensure the site consistently meets operational, regulatory and food safety standards.
Deliver production plans in line with business objectives, budgets and customer expectations.
Oversee maintenance, reliability and long-term asset management of the plant.
Manage budgets, investment projects and capital expenditure plans.
Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders to support business growth and operational performance.
Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, agri-food, beverage or industrial environment.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and performance management.
Knowledge of quality, environmental, food safety and health & safety standards.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
