Задачи Drive end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding Advise Sales and Revenue hiring managers, develop tailored hiring strategies, and promote hiring best practices and diversity Build and maintain pipelines of qualified commercial talent through active headhunting Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to strengthen Spendesk's employer brand among commercial talent Implement and improve recruitment processes using data and feedback to increase efficiency and quality Monitor talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the Go-To-Market market, and share insights with the team and leadership Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and support equitable recruitment Требования 3+ Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including hiring Go-To-Market or Sales profiles such as Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers Good understanding of B2B commercial roles and sales cycles Proficient with sourcing tools and able to build pipelines for competitive profiles Experience advising Sales and Revenue leaders on hiring practices and building trusted partnerships Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously, with strong project management and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French Collaborative, positive, curious, and solutions-oriented, with a drive to improve and innovate Будет плюсом: experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment Условия Flexible on-site and remote policy: up to 4 days per month and 3 non-consecutive weeks per year Alan health insurance fully covered by Spendesk €6 Meal vouchers per working day through Edenred 100% Reimbursement of public transportation subscription Access to Moka.care for emotional and mental health wellbeing 28 Days of holidays Latest Apple equipment Office snacks
