Your profile
* Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
* Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
* Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
* Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1) What your future business day could look like
* You'll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers, handling their inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
* With a solution-oriented mindset, You'll support customers on technical and product-related questions
* Every interaction matters – You'll ensure all details are accurately documented and customer data in the CRM stays current
* Working hand in hand with sales, product, and technical teams, You'll help create a smooth and positive customer experience
