Conduct laboratory testing, including cross-sectioning, solderability testing, X-ray analysis, microscopy inspections, and mechanical pull/push testing. Analyze test results and prepare technical reports to support quality investigations and problem-solving activities. Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and available for testing activities. Develop and maintain laboratory test procedures and work instructions. Maintain accurate test records and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Intermediated English in laboratory, quality, testing, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with metrology, microscopy, X-ray inspection, or mechanical testing equipment Supporting failure analysis and corrective action investigations Of PCB analysis, electronic components, and soldering technologies To interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test requirements At AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
