Human Resources Information System Specialist
Support and coordinate the end-to-end payroll governance, HR systems, and operational excellence agenda across EMEA. Acts as the central point of ownership for payroll vendor performance, HRIS integrity, and transformation initiatives for the HMSHost International legacy ADP systems – ensuring scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR operations.
Payroll Governance & Vendor Ownership
Own the HMSHost International legacy system (SSFF EC), payroll operating model and control framework
Manage outsourced payroll providers (e.g., ADP) including SLAs, performance, and escalation, including raising and resolving service tickets
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all payroll activities
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of payroll issues
Drive standardization of payroll processes across HMSHost International legacy countries
Own HR systems landscape for HMSHost International legacy countries (SuccessFactors, eTime, payroll integrations)
Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and interface performance
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Deliver payroll analytics, cost insights, and performance reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting to HR, Finance, and leadership
Support country HR teams with payroll and systems expertise
Support governance forums, service reviews, and escalation management
Ensure adherence to HRIS and payroll governance standards
Project & Program Delivery
Lead cross-functional global/regional projects (systems, payroll, controls)
Multi-country EMEA (some APAC) payroll and time and attendance environment
Outsourced payroll model
Multiple HR systems and integrations
Direct interaction with senior stakeholders
Payroll accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance
Vendor SLA performance and issue resolution speed
System stability and data integrity
5+ years in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations
~ Strong vendor-managed payroll environments (ADP)
~ Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors EC, ONB and REC, time systems)
~ Proven delivery of multi-country transformation projects
