Are hospitality, gastronomy, and mindful tourism your true passion? Do planning, team leadership, and putting a smile on guests' faces come naturally to you? For the Son Manera Retreat Finca in Montuiri on Mallorca, operated by Indigourlaub GmbH, we are looking for a dedicated and energetic Retreat Center Manager. Our charming 25-room finca specializes in yoga, meditation, and seminar holidays, located on the peaceful outskirts of Montuiri, approximately 30 minutes from Palma.
In this versatile management role, you will take ownership of daily operations and guide our team with confidence.
Your main tasks include:
- Coordinating and leading an on-site team of around 10 employees across various departments
- Welcoming guests with warm check-ins, managing check-outs, and handling billing
- Actively participating in day-to-day operations by supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Providing full guest service and offering expert advice on island excursions, hikes, and activities
- Managing administrative tasks and completing preparatory accounting behind the scenes
- Maintaining a calm, composed, and solutions-oriented presence even during busy operational peaks
What you bring to the role:
- Proven professional experience in the gastronomy and hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German, Spanish, and English
- Existing residence on Mallorca and your own car for daily mobility
- A well-groomed appearance, approachable demeanor, and natural sense of responsibility
- High appreciation for holistic topics, such as yoga, mindfulness, and healthy nutrition
- A reliable, organized, and hands-on working style
We provide a secure year-round position with a 40-hour work week and 2 regular days off per week. You will work within a respectful corporate culture grounded in sustainable management, trust, and care for people and resources.
