from day one Real back-office support
- legal, documentation, developer liaison and marketing handled so you can focus exclusively on clients and closings A professional infrastructure
- dedicated company phone line, CRM access, marketing materials, and in-house sales management A team that invests in you
- structured sales development, mentoring, and a clear path to senior consultant status You will be the trusted point of contact for Swiss and DACH-market buyers searching for new build properties on the Costa Blanca. Consulting international buyers through every stage of their purchase journey Conducting property viewings
- both in-person and virtually Keeping ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and market shifts This is a consultative sales role
- not transactional. A native or fluent Schweizerdeutsch speaker with strong written and spoken German Experienced in property sales
- ideally new build, though strong sales backgrounds from adjacent sectors will be considered Comfortable working from our Alicante office 2–3 days per week The lead quality and sales support made the difference." -
