• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Oversee project execution and site progress
• Maintain the studio’s design intent and standards throughout all project phases
• Support project planning, coordination and day-to-day project management Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Strong aesthetic alignment with Rôck&Villa projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD + Revit and/or ArchiCAD / InDesign
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication and project leadership skills
• This is a full-time, studio-based position in Palma de Mallorca, with flexibility for occasional remote work. We encourage all candidates to explore our projects and familiarize themselves with Rôck&Villa’s work before applying.
