We are looking for a AI Software Engineer to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client's IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company. Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open for relocation Your main tasks and accountabilities will be: Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into the software delivery toolchain, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable delivery of AI solutions through automation and collaboration with platform teams. 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps/MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation. In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs. Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability. Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards. Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or demonstrates equivalent professional experience. Fluent in English.
