OverviewIn this role you design, build and maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure to support conventional and GenAI models. You collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy production-ready solutions, leveraging cloud resources for scalability and security. You will optimize NLP-focused data infrastructure and ensure model performance across high-volume data. This opportunity lets you shape intelligent systems that deliver tangible value within a tech-focused team. Compensaciones / Beneficioshealth benefits retirement plan wellbeing programs competitive compensation flexible benefits ResponsabilidadesCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into AI/ML pipelines (pre-processing, fine-tuning, deployment) Build optimized data storage and indexing systems for NLP using advanced databases Develop tools and frameworks for model training, tuning, and evaluation with seamless infrastructure integration Partner with teams to deploy models in production using cloud infrastructure Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy and efficiency Provide ongoing support and updates for ML models Create and maintain data processing pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data Maintain documentation for ML infrastructure and support processes Stay updated on GenAI, NLP, ML and IR technologies and apply best practices with cloud efficiency Requisitos principalesBachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field 2–4 years in ML engineering, data science or data engineering Strong Python or equivalent high-level language programming Experience with NLP and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn) Experience in NLP-focused data infrastructure (storage, indexing, retrieval) Proficiency in vector storage, indexing and graph databases in cloud environments Familiarity with cloud infrastructure/services (AWS, GCP) Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure Experience with Git version control Strong communication and collaboration skills communication collaboration teamwork PyTorch HuggingFace LangChain
