About The Role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring new products to navigating new regulatory regimes, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term. Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing cryptoassets and financial features Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, including upcoming UK crypto regimes, MiCA, PSD2, and MiFID Engaging proactively with local regulators To be a qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor, or equivalent admittance in an EU Member State) An impressive academic background and law firm credentials Experience advising on cryptoassets, either as part of an in-house role or in a law firm Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
