DAPIN is a team committed to excellence and innovation in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking an Engineering Lead for our offices located in Spain.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 20 years of general experience and 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering in Oil & Gas projects.
- Minimum of 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering in EPC projects (FEED and Detail phases).
- Experience managing teams of 50+ professionals and remote engineering centers.
- Experience concurrently coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, design, and specialist teams on international EPC projects.
- Knowledge of and/or adaptability to European codes and standards (PED 2014/68/EU, EN 13480).
- Proficiency in EPC planning, cost control, risk management, and document control.
- Desirable: Demonstrable experience in projects developed under corporate standards and PDVSA Design Engineering Manuals (MID).
- Desirable: Previous experience in international Lump Sum EPC projects.
