S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team. Requirements ~5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment. ~ Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels. ~ Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup. ~ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken. ~ Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers. ~ Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
