Job Description
Job Purpose The Office Manager ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative and operational support to leadership, employees, visitors, and suppliers while maintaining a productive, professional, and welcoming work environment. Manage visitor reception and ensure a positive guest experience. Oversee daily office operations, office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. Support senior management with presentations, reports, and special projects. Serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Vocational Training in Administration/Secretarial Studies. Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role. Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating office operations. Ability to manage priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
