* On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new contract opportunity for an SAP SD Consultant . The initial contract will be for 6 months , with possible extension. This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 3 days on site per week in Madrid , Spain . You will provide Level 2 and 3 functional support within the SAP SD area, helping business users resolve issues related to the Order-to-Cash process. The role involves incident analysis and resolution, ticket follow-up, coordination with technical teams, SAP SD configuration activities, participation in testing and change validation, collaboration with other logistics teams, and the creation of functional documentation. The consultant will support daily SAP operations while working closely with key users in an international environment. 3+ years of SAP SD experience. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Experience providing Level 2 and 3 SAP SD support. Experience with Incident analysis and troubleshooting within SAP SD. SAP SD configuration and customizing experience. Functional testing and change validation experience. Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Madrid). Excellent communication skills with Spanish and English. Knowledge of SAP MM. Knowledge of SAP LE. Knowledge of SAP WM/EWM. Basic understanding of SAP FI integration.
