A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support eCommerce customers with orders, enquiries and complaints. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat.
What you will doHandle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone, email and live chatUnderstand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right toolsBuild trust through clear, friendly and professional communicationDocument every interaction accurately in the company's systemsContribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targetsWhat we are looking forNative or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and writtenExcellent communication and active-listening skillsGood communication and problem-solving skillsEmpathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while documenting every interaction accuratelyWhat

we offer

Salary:
€19,200 gross per yearPerformance bonus of up to €1,800 gross per yearRelocation supportUp to €500 reimbursement of documented relocation expenses (details shared during screening)Location, hours & startLocation: Benalmádena, Spain
