We are looking for you as Sales Manager – Food Iberia (m/f/d) – Spain & Portugal Sales-driven, customer-focused, and solution-oriented – you'll develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth across the food industry in Spain and Portugal. Manage and grow existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunitiesIdentify customer needs and propose innovative natural ingredient solutionsProspect new customers and applications to drive business growthPrepare commercial offers, negotiate, and close dealsAnalyze market trends, competition, and pricingDevelop and execute sales growth plans for Spain and PortugalCollaborate closely with R&D, application technology, and other departmentsMaintain customer relationships and sales opportunities through CRMTravel activity approx. *%, Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, or equivalent experienceExperience in B2B sales of food ingredients, ideally across multiple food applicationsGood understanding of food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionalityStrong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and business development orientationExcellent communication skills, empathy, and a confident presenceIndependent, proactive, and results-drivenFluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plusWillingness to travel frequentlyWhat
