Fullremote - Chatbot & Agentic Ai Developer At Capitole Consulting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows using tools such as n8n.
• Integrate solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Azure).
• Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including:
• Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategies
• Embeddings generation and management
• Vector search Indexing and retrieval mechanisms
• Relevance evaluation and troubleshooting
• Contribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
• Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability services
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience in enterprise environments (e.G., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus.

LANGUAGES

English: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment.
