Ethos is seeking experienced executive creative directors to help train a new language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across brand decks, briefs, identity guidelines, and marketing collateral.Work is fully remote with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.
Compensation is $80/hour for individuals with a strong track record in consumer or B2B brand work.
