The Story so far: Who we are Founded in 2020, Huspy has rapidly evolved from a digital mortgage platform into a growing proptech company. Our mission is to revolutionize real estate with a super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers, with the goal of becoming a leader in the EMEA region. As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You'll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. Own the End-to-End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience. Conduct Research: Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions. Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights. Flex Your Business Acumen: Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver 4+ Years of UX/UI Design

Experience:
Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products. ~ Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them. ~ A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won't be considered). ~ Exceptional UI Design

Skills:
A keen eye for pixel-perfect design, layout and typography. ~ Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity. ~ Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles ~ Project Management

Skills:
Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines. ~ Flexible working: Choose when to work from the office or remotely.
