Group Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group Talent Acquisition team in Madrid. This is a key role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead complex international recruitment processes across Group Functions, and contribute to the continued evolution of our talent acquisition model.

About the role
The Group Talent Acquisition team at Verisure is part of Group Talent, HR and works as a trusted talent partner to international stakeholders across Group Functions. The team is based across different locations, including Madrid, Malmö, Portugal and Geneva, and focuses on delivering high-quality international recruitment for critical roles across the organisation.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of complex and high-impact recruitment processes across areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technology, Procurement, and other strategic business functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Directors, Managers, HR Leaders and Functional Leaders, providing market insight, hiring advice and structured recruitment strategies to support business priorities.

This role requires someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, managing senior-level conversations, challenging when needed, and bringing structure and quality to recruitment processes in a fast-moving international environment. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will also contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, support continuous improvement, and play an active role in mentoring and onboarding more junior team members and interns.

Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, complex and high-impact roles across Group Functions, including HR, Finance, Strategy, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and other strategic business areas.

Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships with Directors, HR Leaders, Functional Leaders and other key decision-makers. Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, challenge role requirements when needed, align on recruitment strategy and ensure a high-quality selection process. Provide meaningful market insights, talent mapping and candidate intelligence to support hiring decisions and help stakeholders understand talent availability, market dynamics and positioning.
