Mission: You will be an agent of change for Puig digitalization, implementing digital transformational tools based on cloud solutions and collaborative environments. You will impact on our employee workplace, driving the change and helping them on the adoption to our "new way of working". Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions prior to implementation. Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based collaboration solutions managed by the Digital Workplace & Infrastructures team. Work primarily with Office 365 tools, with a particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration technologies. Contribute to Digital Workplace transformation through business needs translation and user enablement Participate in the Digital Workplace transformation by understanding departmental collaboration needs and current ways of working. Support the migration of existing collaboration processes into cloud-based solutions through SharePoint customization. Provide user support and training when needed to ensure proper adoption and effective use of the solutions. Experience in Consulting or Project Management in technology transformational projects English and Spanish required. French appreciated Reliability, detail focus, achievement driven and high standard of work quality: Communication skills & training skills Microsoft Office 365 (specially SharePoint) Office tools: advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel Microsoft Sharepoint Microsoft Certifications appreciated.
