**Join Pilatus Ibérica in Spain as an IT Services Expert**

Your Tasks:

  • Coordinate the IT service desk in Spain, handle technical inquiries and incidents, process and resolve them in areas including desktops, workstations, laptops, Windows operating systems, M365 applications, printers, scanners, VoIP devices, mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.
  • Forward tickets to specialized departments when necessary.
  • Maintain data integrity in the service and ticketing system (ICT assets, inventory, tickets).
  • Manage user access, report IT security incidents, and support the IT security team on local compliance issues.
  • Update knowledge bases, document resolutions, gather user feedback, and contribute to improving IT support processes.
  • Prepare and/or review decision-making documents for the Spain office.

You Convince Us With:

  • A background in IT-related studies, supported by relevant certifications, such as Windows OS or similar systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software, and at least 3 years of relevant experience with employer verification.
  • Fluent language skills in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, a diplomatic, well-organized, stress-resistant, and reliable personality.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with suppliers and contractors when required.
