Job Description:

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Full-time

Your Tasks
  • Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarters.
  • Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
  • Production planning and control, including missing material coordination and order release/technical completion.
  • Technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of the electrical pre-assembly operations.
  • Initiate and introduce construction or process changes.
  • Moderate problem solving between engineering, quality department, and shopfloor team.
  • Support engineering department regarding productivity of aerostructures and respective optimizations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; master's degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD, and MS Office.
  • Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset.
  • Application in English required.
  • Language skills: C1 in Spanish and English; German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory.
  • Structured working and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
