Novicap is an end-to-end working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/Finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance and loans) and payment automation solutions. Working with the Head of Product, Technology Team and the wider business, you will turn customer and business needs into product development or product improvements. You will contribute to the product strategy needed to meet our business goals, own the roadmap for one or more products, and manage the development of products, features and maintenance. More importantly, you will make decisions based on analysis, stakeholder feedback, and overall business goals. In doing so, you will ensure alignment between Product, Tech, and other teams with respect to product vision and project implementation. Owning product discovery and new product development to satisfy the unmet needs of potential clients, including short-term lending and enhancing our collateral capabilities; Working with Risk and Legal to minimize and/or manage credit risk when operating our products. We always strive to exceed expectations, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism, and we aim to outperform, taking a data-driven approach. We need someone with a product mindset, who thinks repeatable and scalable value over short-term wins and who is comfortable working in startup environments and refining ambiguous details. As a Product Manager at Novicap, you must also have listening and communication skills in English and in Spanish (multicultural team here) Experience of product owner-type responsibility in product development environment, including the translation of complex business needs into work packages that can be scoped by engineering Data-driven decision making Have work as a Software Engineer Full-time work with an open-ended contract Hybrid work model: we work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home to improve work-life balance Flexible benefits with Cobee: you will be able to include in your paycheck the monthly expenses for food, transportation, daycare and others Medical insurance:
