You will have the responsibility to lead the approach to categories development by identifying category opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, to enable Tetra Pak to achieve our growth and market share ambitions.
This is a permanent position based in Arganda Del Rey, Spain.
What you will doAs Marketing Specialist in this position, you will: Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics, sharing them with both customers and the commercial teamDevelop segmentation/positioning tools and models that can be used to highlight opportunities for customersBe responsible for category promotional investment budgetFollow up and support on promotional investment campaigns for customers, following the guidelines and procedures.
We believe you haveUniversity degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering Fluent in Spanish and English communication skills. Portuguese is a plusMin. 4 years of experience within Marketing/Product Management in food FMCGAbility to work together with other stakeholders, by demonstrating strong informal authority abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills with strong negotiation skills which support you to drive decisions effectivelyOpen-minded and flexible attitude, strong customer orientation and focusAnalytical mind, systematic and able to prioritize effectively Experience in Communication, which will be considered as advantage
