• Partner with internal leaders to audit and translate manual processes into AI product features
• Design, code, and deploy advanced AI systems (LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG, custom chatbots)
• Lead and mentor a small AI engineering squad and uphold code quality and rapid delivery
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment, ensuring usability for non-technical teams Responsabilidades
