Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that transform planning performance and business outcomes?
Where You'll Make a Difference Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions that improve planning performance and business outcomes.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and analytical tools that support data-driven decision making.
Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Information Technology, and external stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
Prepare, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management activities.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models that address business needs and improve planning capabilities.
Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and knowledge transfer.
Evaluate emerging technologies, analytical methodologies, and automation opportunities that can drive continuous improvement and long-term business value.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment.
Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data management, and data preparation practices.
Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning processes.
Knowledge of demand forecasting platforms, supply chain planning systems, or advanced analytics technologies.
