Senior Full Stack Engineer Because you have a deep, foundational understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, from Clean Architecture to DevOps, you know exactly what great software looks like. We need engineers who can leverage AI precisely because they understand what good software looks like end to end. You'll be joining a small, senior, and highly-collaborative team that values autonomy, quality, and transparency. Develop modern and scalable web applications. Design multi-agent workflows and architectures for complex tasks like autonomous testing, refactoring, and code review. Partner closely with forward-thinking clients and teammates in a mature, remote-first environment. Strong writing, communication, and documentation skills. Strong self-management skills for remote work. Proactive and able to work independently on self-managed projects. Spanish . English . AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) Deep understanding of how coding agents work: tokenisation, context windows, sub agents, tools and skills. software architectural principles 5+ years of production experience with modern web stacks. Node.js / Bun, React, and Next.js (App Router, Server Components). relational databases, SQL , data modelling . Tailwind CSS Docker Familiar with testing strategies and frameworks such as Jest or Cypress . Ability to build software that's scalable, maintainable, and well-documented. Python Django.
