We are looking for an IT Project Manager (CRM Dynamics) to join one of our teams. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects related to the CRM ecosystem, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics. Задачи Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead the planning and execution of solution deployments, updates and integrations with corporate systems (Cimsa, Lims, CRM, ERP, etc.). Manage changes to the project scope and their corresponding impacts. Facilitate CRM adoption by end users. Требования More than 6 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management, including at least some CRM experience. Solid experience managing CRM system implementation and improvement projects (e.g. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
