Key Responsibilities
Host small, private gastronomic experiences with warmth and professionalism Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for every guest Share engaging stories about Madrid's food, culture, and history Personalize each experience to match guest preferences and energy Coordinate with venues to ensure a seamless and well-paced journey Maintain high service standards and gracefully adapt to the unexpected Ideal Candidate Charismatic, intuitive, and naturally great with people Passionate about gastronomy, culture, and storytelling Deeply familiar with Madrid and curious by nature Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and calm under pressure Hospitality-driven, with a genuine desire to make people feel special Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and reliability Applicants to prepare a 3-5min video (in English) answering these questions: Why you would like to join Elysian Tales?
