Ethos is seeking experienced policy analysts to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in government operations.The role requires 5+ years in government agencies or public administration with direct ownership of policy memos and grant compliance packages.
This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP, with compensation of $70/hour.
