Challenge existing processes and business requirements, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to redesign how teams operate. Translate data and business insights into clear recommendations, decision frameworks and actionable implementation plans. Work hands-on with SQL, data and AI-powered tools to develop analytical solutions, improve operational workflows and drive smarter ways of working. Design scalable KPIs, dashboards and monitoring frameworks to improve decision-making, performance visibility and risk management.
