Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail. Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity. Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed. Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events. Requirements Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele.
