En Megamo buscamos un/a Diseñador/a Gráfico/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marketing & Creative y ayudarnos a dar forma a la siguiente etapa de la marca. Por favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.
Buscamos a alguien con buen ojo visual, atención al detalle y mentalidad creativa: cómodo/a trabajando dentro de una identidad visual establecida, pero capaz también de aportar nuevas ideas y evolucionarla cuando haga falta.
El ciclismo es el corazón de lo que hacemos, así que nos interesa especialmente alguien que entienda la industria, su cultura, marcas y códigos visuales, e idealmente tenga una conexión real con el deporte.
Posición a tiempo completo y presencial en nuestra sede de Girona, trabajando junto al Marketing Manager, el Creative Director y el resto del equipo.
Evolucionar nuestro lenguaje visual cuando los proyectos lo requieran.
Diseñar piezas creativas para campañas, lanzamientos, eventos, activaciones y comunicación de marca.
PLV, materiales de tienda, señalética, merchandising y eventos.
Dominio de Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign.
Portfolio sólido que demuestre sensibilidad visual, tipografía, composición, branding y atención al detalle.
Buen conocimiento del sector del ciclismo, su cultura y panorama visual actual. Se valora experiencia previa en ciclismo, deporte u outdoor.
Experiencia preparando artes finales para imprenta y proveedores externos.
Buen entendimiento de producción gráfica, materiales y procesos de impresión.
Experiencia o interés en herramientas de IA para creación visual.
Se valora conocimiento de Figma.
Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos manteniendo calidad y consistencia de marca.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto.

At Megamo, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team and help shape the next stage of the brand.
Cycling is at the core of what we do, so we're particularly interested in someone who understands the industry, its culture, brands and visual codes, ideally with a genuine connection to the sport.
Full-time, on-site position at our Girona headquarters, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Creative Director and the rest of the team.
What you'll do
Apply and adapt Megamo's visual identity across formats and channels, ensuring brand consistency. Help evolve our visual language when projects require it. Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, events, activations and brand communication. Create materials for digital and print, including print-ready artwork for external suppliers. POS materials, retail assets, signage, merchandising and event materials. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative Director and other departments. Explore AI tools and new creative workflows for concepts and visual content. What we're looking forStrong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Strong portfolio showing visual sensitivity, typography, composition, branding and attention to detail. Good knowledge of the cycling industry, its culture and current visual landscape. Experience in cycling, sports or outdoor is highly valued. Good understanding of graphic production, materials and printing processes. Figma knowledge is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Good communication and teamwork skills. Upper-intermediate English level.
